    • Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you don’t lose any of your booked time.

    • Please note: there is a CCTV camera in the studio room for security and safety purposes.

    • Please keep all furniture, equipment and the space in order and tidy. If items are moved and not returned or the space is left messy, additional charges may apply.

  • Maximum 7 people are allowed in the studio at a time. If you have more than 3 guests, please do add the add-on charge.

  • There is an underground carpark located next to the building of the studio just before Novotel. Please park in the bays marked in a blue 'P' sign and scan the barcode on the wall to pay. We will NOT be held responsible if you are issued a penalty for not paying.

  • No prior professional experience is required, you’re welcome regardless of skill level. You may bring your own camera, lighting or accessories. If you’d like to use our equipment or have specific requirements, just let us know in advance.

    • For weekend bookings: Once confirmed, bookings cannot be refunded, cancelled or rescheduled.

    • For weekday bookings: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your booked time, refunds or free rescheduling are not offered.

    • For event-hire bookings: Cancellations or rescheduling are not permitted within 14 days of the event.

  • Your selected duration must cover all setup and clear-up. If you overrun the end time, overtime charges will apply. Please plan accordingly to avoid extra cost. If you would like to add on time (subject to availability) please contact us.
